Brett Bader
|
Brett has been a deacon at Kirkland since 1997. He is married to Marda. They have two children; Morgan and Clark. |
Roy Barron
|
Roy Barron has lived in the Seattle area since 1989. He and his wife Kristen have been married for over 25 years and have four daughters between the ages of 15 to 24. Roy was raised in the church where his father was a preacher for over 40 years. Roy works in the high tech industry for a well-known local software company. He and his family joined the Kirkland congregation in 1991 and have worshiped here continuously since. Roy has been priviledged to serve as a deacon at Kirkland for almost 10 years and currently oversees the worship service and technology areas. Outside of his deacon duties, Roy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying fit and healthy. |

Daryle Brown

Daryle Brown has lived in the Seattle area since 1986. He and his wife Kari have been married for over 21 years and have three daughters between the ages of 6 through 19. Daryle was raised in the church since age 6 down in a small farming community in southern Calif. Daryle works in the construction industry and specializes in remedial work for a small company. Daryle joined the Kirkland congregation in 1986 where He met is wife Kari, married 5 years later and have worshiped here continuously since. Daryle has been privileged to serve as a deacon at Kirkland for almost 10 years and currently oversees building security and maintenance. Outside of his deacon duties, Daryle enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family, sports, and traveling. |

Lance Fisher
|
Lance has been a member of the Kirkland Church of Christ since 1975. He is married to Mariana. They have three children; Stephen, Sarah, and Lily. In addition, they've been blessed with one grandchild, Ben. He enjoys hiking, camping, family gatherings and photography. His duties include the Kids Class program, Resource room, Communion Preparation, Baptistery and Building Janitorial. He is also involved in the song service. |

Jesse Haverstock |
Jesse Haverstock was born in 1978 to Christian parents in Stanwood, Washington. Baptized in 1992, he graduated from Arlington High School and then studied at Florida College from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, he spent one year at Middle Tennessee State University. Later that year he spent two months traveling through Madagascar, Africa. In 2001 he moved to San Diego, California where he began studying at San Diego State University and became a member of the Santee church of Christ. In 2004 he obtained a BA in Business. During this time he also traveled to Indonesia where he spent one month teaching and preaching while also exploring the country. In May 2005, he married Kammi Webb, a preacher’s daughter, who he first met at Florida College and then providentially found again in the Santee church. In January 2008 they had their first child, Sophie Rae. That same year they moved to Sammamish and joined the Kirkland congregation. In July 2010 their second daughter, Kate Elizabeth, was born, and in September 2012 they were blessed with a boy, Tyler James. Since graduating, Jesse has worked for Microsoft, Chase Bank, and is currently employed at Freestone Capital Management as a member of their Wealth Management team. Jesse became a deacon for the Kirkland church in 2012. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, Bible study, mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding. Jesse is happy to be part of the Kirkland church family, and feels privileged and blessed to serve as a deacon. |
Dan McCowan

Dan has been a deacon at Kirkland for 13 years and been a member of the Kirkland church all his life. He married Dee in 1983. They have three sons; Daley (married to Nancy), Charlie, and Ryan. |

Jesse Wilmore |
Jesse Wilmore has been part of the family at Kirkland since the 4th grade. He is the son of christian parents and his father is a former preacher (PK-Preachers Kid). His responsibilities as a deacon mostly relate to aspects of worship through song. He is teaching newer songs and coordinating the singing activities at Kirkland. Jesse is married to Dominique Wilmore and they have a daughter named Posey. Future plans are to grow Kirkland's evangelistic efforts through the medium of song. In Jesse's free time he enjoys getting lost in the woods on his mountain bike, hiking, climbing, and composing music. |
